These Terms of Service govern your use of Anuvio (anuvio.app) and all services offered through the platform. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they're written in plain English and kept as short as possible.
1. Who we are
Anuvio is a CRNA school interview preparation platform operated by AJ (AnuvioAJ@gmail.com), based in Illinois. References to "Anuvio," "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to the platform and its operators. References to "you" or "member" refer to any person who creates an account or purchases a subscription.
To use Anuvio you must be at least 18 years old and a registered nurse or nursing student pursuing CRNA program admission, or otherwise eligible to use the platform at your own discretion.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Anuvio offers the following subscription plans:
- Starter — Free, no credit card required, access to one weekly interview question.
- Essential — $22.99/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
- Core — $49.99/month, billed monthly, includes one complimentary mock interview that unlocks after 30 days of active membership. Cancel anytime.
- Elite Monthly — $64.99/month plus a one-time $64.99 onboarding fee charged at signup. Includes 2 complimentary mock interviews. Cancel anytime after signup.
- Elite 6-Month Prep Track — $279.99 flat, one-time payment covering 6 months of full Elite access including 2 complimentary mock interviews. Non-refundable after purchase.
Billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month from your signup date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information you authorize us to charge your card on the recurring schedule associated with your plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until that date. We do not prorate partial months.
The Elite 6-Month Prep Track is a one-time flat payment and is non-refundable after purchase. Please review the plan details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, contact us at AnuvioAJ@gmail.com.
3. Refund policy
We want you to feel confident signing up. Here is our refund policy by plan:
- Starter — Free. No charges, no refunds needed.
- Essential — Refunds are not offered for monthly subscription charges. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
- Core — Refunds are not offered for monthly subscription charges. You may cancel anytime. If you cancel before your 30-day mock interview unlock date, the session will not be accessible.
- Elite Monthly onboarding fee — The one-time $64.99 onboarding fee is non-refundable. It is charged once at signup and is not returned upon cancellation.
- Elite 6-Month Prep Track — Non-refundable after purchase. No exceptions.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at AnuvioAJ@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.
4. Mock interviews & sessions
Booking
All mock interview sessions must be booked between 10 and 60 days in advance through our Calendly scheduling link. Same-day or next-day bookings are not available.
Cancellations & no-shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session may forfeit that session credit. No-shows — where a member fails to appear for a scheduled session without notice — will be treated as a used session and will not be rescheduled at no charge.
Core plan — 30-day unlock
Core members receive one complimentary mock interview session that becomes available to book after 30 continuous days of active Core membership. If your membership lapses before the 30-day mark and you resubscribe, the 30-day period resets. The session must be used while your Core subscription is active.
Elite sessions
Elite and Elite 6-Month members receive 2 complimentary mock interview sessions included with their plan. These sessions must be used during the active subscription period and do not roll over after cancellation or expiration.
Standalone sessions
Mock interview sessions purchased as standalone add-ons (without a subscription) are non-refundable once the session has been confirmed and scheduled.
Sessions are for the registered account holder only. You may not transfer, gift, or sell your session to another person.
5. Content & intellectual property
All content on Anuvio — including but not limited to interview questions, answer frameworks, coaching tips, reference sheets, Panel Room scenarios, and written feedback reports — is the original work of Anuvio and its coaching team. All rights are reserved.
- You may use content for your personal interview preparation only.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publicly share any Anuvio content in any form.
- You may not screenshot, copy, or export content for use outside the platform.
- Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Anuvio reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time. We add new materials regularly and cannot guarantee the availability of any specific piece of content indefinitely.
7. No guarantee of admission
Anuvio does not guarantee acceptance into any CRNA program. Our platform provides preparation tools, coaching, and guidance based on the experience of our coaching team. Admission decisions are made entirely by individual CRNA programs and are outside our control.
Results vary by individual. We are confident in the quality of our preparation tools and coaching, but we cannot promise a specific outcome. Purchasing any Anuvio plan or session does not constitute a guarantee of interview invitation, program acceptance, or any other outcome.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Anuvio in any way that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of Anuvio or any third party.
- Involves sharing, reselling, or distributing Anuvio content to others.
- Involves sharing your account credentials with other users.
- Harasses, threatens, or abuses any member of the Anuvio coaching team.
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the platform.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
9. Account termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at AnuvioAJ@gmail.com.
Anuvio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms. In cases of egregious violations — such as harassment of coaching staff or large-scale content distribution — termination will be immediate and no refund will be issued.
Upon termination, your access to all paid content, mock interview sessions, and coach communication will cease immediately.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anuvio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or failure to achieve a desired outcome (such as program admission).
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Anuvio shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Anuvio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Anuvio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes — such as changes to refund policy or billing — we will notify active subscribers by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of Anuvio after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
