Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 26, 2026  ·  Effective immediately upon account creation

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do with it. We keep things simple — Anuvio is a small team and we handle your data with care. If you have questions, email us at AnuvioAJ@gmail.com.

1. What information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use the platform:

Account information

  • Your name and email address
  • Your password (stored in encrypted form — we never see it in plain text)
  • Your subscription plan and membership status

Payment information

We use Stripe to process all payments. Stripe collects your card details directly — Anuvio never sees, stores, or has access to your full card number, CVV, or bank account information. We only receive a confirmation that payment was successful and a Stripe customer ID.

Coaching submissions

Information you voluntarily submit through the platform — such as your CV, application essay, readiness audit responses, or messages to coaches — is stored so your coach can review and respond to it.

Usage information

We may collect basic information about how you use the platform, such as which pages you visit and which features you use. This helps us improve the product.

Communication

If you contact us by email or text, we retain those communications to provide support and improve our service.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Provide access to the subscription features you've paid for
  • Process payments and send billing confirmations
  • Deliver coaching feedback, mock interview reports, and document reviews
  • Send service-related emails — such as welcome messages, subscription confirmations, and session reminders
  • Respond to your questions and support requests
  • Improve the platform based on how members use it
  • Enforce our Terms of Service

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. What we don't do with your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.

Specifically, we will never:

  • Sell your name, email, or any personal information to advertisers or data brokers
  • Share your coaching submissions, CV, or essays with anyone outside the Anuvio coaching team
  • Use your information to send unsolicited marketing from third parties
  • Share your data with CRNA programs or any healthcare institutions

4. Payment processing & Stripe

All payment processing on Anuvio is handled by Stripe (stripe.com), a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you enter your card details on our checkout page, that information goes directly to Stripe — it never passes through or is stored on our servers.

Stripe may collect and store your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy, which you can review at stripe.com/privacy.

We receive from Stripe:

  • Confirmation that a payment was successful or failed
  • The last 4 digits of your card (for your reference in account settings)
  • Your Stripe customer ID (used to manage subscriptions)

We never see your full card number, expiration date, or CVV.

5. Direct coach contact (Elite members)

Elite and Elite 6-Month members are provided with a direct text number for coaching communication. When you text that number:

  • Your phone number and message content are visible to the Anuvio coaching team
  • Message history may be retained for coaching continuity and quality purposes
  • Your phone number will not be shared with any third party or used for any purpose outside of coaching communication
  • You may request deletion of your message history at any time by emailing AnuvioAJ@gmail.com

6. Cookies & analytics

Anuvio uses cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. These are strictly functional — we do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to any third party.

We may use basic analytics tools (such as WordPress site stats) to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are most used. This data is aggregated and anonymous — it is not tied to your personal account.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from staying logged in to your account.

7. Third-party services

Anuvio uses a small number of third-party services to operate. Each handles data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

  • Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
  • Calendly — mock interview scheduling. When you book a session, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences (calendly.com/privacy)
  • FormSubmit / email delivery — used to route contact form submissions to our inbox
  • WordPress & Paid Member Subscriptions — our platform and membership management system, hosted on our own server

We do not integrate with advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or data brokers.

8. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account data remains in our system unless you request deletion.

Coaching submissions — CVs, essays, readiness audits, and written feedback reports — are retained for the duration of your membership and for up to 12 months after cancellation, in case you return or need to reference past feedback.

Payment records are retained as required by law and Stripe's policies, typically 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.

Requesting deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing AnuvioAJ@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days. Note that we may be required to retain certain billing records as required by law even after account deletion.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion — request that we delete your account and personal data
  • Opt out of emails — unsubscribe from non-essential email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly. Note that transactional emails (billing confirmations, session reminders) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

To exercise any of these rights, email AnuvioAJ@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Children's privacy

Anuvio is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at AnuvioAJ@gmail.com and we will delete the account promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes — such as changes to how we use your data or who we share it with — we will notify active members by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of Anuvio after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
